Tokenization of file names for OneDrive and SharePoint
While file content is always encrypted for any file uploaded through eperi sEcure Platform to OneDrive or SharePoint, this is not usually the case for file names. To shield possibly revealing file names from access their names can be optionally tokenized.
This feature entails the following limitation:
- After moving and copying files, a BGI task has to be run to reflect the new location in the index (to enable searching)
Due to this limitation this feature is turned off by default, but can be turned on using the advanced settings, see Advanced Settings - Microsoft 365 Adapter.
