Getting the software

The software you need for the installation of eperi sEcure Platform is available at the eperi Customer Portal.

Before you begin

You need an eperi Customer Portal account. Normally, the account is provided to you after the purchase of the software. In case you have no account, please contact your sales representative.

Procedure

  1. Go to https://customer.eperi.de and log in with your username and password.

  2. Because needed later, note your CUSTOMER ID, as displayed on the homepage after login.


  3. Because needed later, note your license code as displayed in Licenses > Purchased Licenses.


  4. In the main menu, click DOWNLOADS.

  5. For the automated installation, download the installation package suitable for your operating system (Ubuntu or RHEL):
    • For RHEL: eperi sEcure Platform - Installation package for RHEL<version> (64 Bit)
    • For Ubuntu: eperi sEcure Platform - Ubuntu Server <version> (64 Bit)
  6. If you plan to deploy eperi sEcure Platform manually, download the following installation package:
    • eperi sEcure Platform - Web Application Archive
