DNS Recommendations for Email
Please adhere to common email configuration best practices for your M365 email domain to ensure your emails are delivered successfully to the recipient and to avoid being flagged as spam by receiving mail systems.

Include the IP address of your outbound mail server in the SPF record of your email domain.PTR / rDNS Record

It is recommended to provide a DMARC Record for your email domain according to your SPF and DKIM (Fixing issues with Microsoft 365 DKIM) configuration.
