This section describes how to install and configure the eperi sEcure Salesforce for a test or POC environment. For a production environment, we recommend a cluster setup for performance reasons. If so, follow the steps as described in the Administrator Manual, section Cluster setup.

The software you need for the installation is available at the eperi Customer Portal.

Before you begin

You need an eperi Customer Portal account. Normally, the account is provided to you after the purchase of the software. In case you have no account, please contact your sales representative.

Procedure

Go to https://customer.eperi.de and log in with your username and password.
In the main menu, click DOWNLOADS.
Download the following installation packages suitable for your operating system (Ubuntu or RHEL):
- eperi sEcure Salesforce
- Solr Schema for Salesforce
- eperi Milter app
