In the Salesforce tab you define the data protection policy for your Salesforce org. Furthermore, you can import and export policy details to a local CSV file, which allows for transferring policies between eperi sEcure Platforms, and for backup purposes.

Enable and configure On-Demand Email-to-Case in your Salesforce org.
Configure a support queue for cases.
Customize the support settings.
Add the Email button to the case page layout so you can reply per email when viewing a case.
Disable Email Tracking as it is currently not supported by the eperi sEcure Platform for outgoing Salesforce emails.
