In the Salesforce tab you define the data protection policy for your Salesforce org. Furthermore, you can import and export policy details to a local CSV file, which allows for transferring policies between eperi sEcure Platforms, and for backup purposes.

Check the status of the Salesforce service account to make sure that its credentials are still valid.

Procedure

In the eperi sEcure Admin Console, select the Salesforce tab.
The configured Salesforce service accounts are displayed in the section Salesforce Service Accounts.
Click the Test button.

If the Salesforce service account is still valid, true is displayed in the Test OK? column:
