Advanced Settings - SFDC Adapter

The following settings can be used to further customize the behavior of eperi sEcure Platform in the Admin Console. For general instructions and adapter-independent settings, see Advanced Settings.

de.eperi.ca.salesforce. currency.locale With this parameter, you set the currency locale in the eperi sEcure Platform according to the setting in your Salesforce org. This ensures that the correct currency is displayed in Salesforce. Valid locale codes, e.g. de-DE for Germany.

de.eperi.ca.salesforce.dedup. disableIdDeletion Enable or disable deletion of deduplicationId field added to objects with deduplication rules, when the deduplication rule is removed. Switch on = deduplicationId field will not be deleted with deduplication rule. Please note that, in this case, before creating a new rule on the same Object, the field needs to be deleted manually on Salesforce side.

Switch off = deduplicationId field will be deleted with deduplication rule.

Enable or disable the logging of omni channel and live agent processes in catalina.out.

Email2CaseIndexingDelay Only relevant for the Salesforce On-Demand Email-to-Case feature:

After a new email has been received by the eperi sEcure Platform, the background indexing is started with a time offset to index the case for the search.

Use the parameter to configure the time offset until the background indexing starts. Each case in the time interval is indexed.
